Shop Policies

Payment:  
Payments are accepted through direct checkout or PayPal.  Payment is due prior to order being shipped.  
Shipping:  
After cleared payment is received, your order will be shipping between 1-3 business days.  Customized orders take an additional time due to being hand made.  Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be provided.

At this time shipping is through the United States Postal Service.  Although items are packaged with great care, there are always unforeseen circumstances.  If an item is broken or damaged in transit, a picture must be provided within 24 hours of documented receipt.   

Christina's Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Additional shipping options (signature confirmation, adult signature confirmation, hold for pick up) can be added at cost of buyer.  Please check with your post office for hold for pick up locations.
New homes or businesses must have a mailbox and receive standard mail in order to receive packages.  Providing an invalid address may delay shipping time.  
Pick-Up:  
Local Pick-Up is available at Manchester Craft Market, located at the Mall of New Hampshire, Manchester, NH at not additional charge.  Orders are required to be picked up within 15 days of purchase after being notified of drop off date.  In cases of personalized items, 15 days begins when informed personalized product is ready for delivery.   If product is not picked up after 15 days, product will be considered unclaimed and payment is considered forfeited.
Deliveries are made Saturday mornings. Purchased made after 5pm on Friday will be processed with the following weeks orders.
Returns & Exchanges:
Christina's Creations gladly accept returns.  Contact within 5 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery.
Creations does not accept exchanges or cancellations (after order has been sent).  But please contact if you have any problems with your order.
        The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, Christina's Creations cannot accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.
        Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the items is not returned in its original condition with proper packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

If the package is unopened, please write refused on the package and have the Post Office ship it back to unopened.
