Shipping Policy
Payment
Payments are accepted through direct checkout. Payment is due prior to order being shipped.
Custom Designs:
Christina’s Creations, LLC does offer custom designs for hand painted and/or stained glass. For custom work, the customer is given a general contract agreement which specifies when payments will be made, shipment, and other criteria for your custom order. If your commission requires specific measurements, make sure they are correct. Incorrect measurements is the responsibility of the client.
A non-refundable deposit is due prior to the start of said order.
Shipping
After cleared payment is received, your order will be shipping between 1-3 business days. Customized orders take an additional time due to being hand made. Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be provided.
Shipping options are available either through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Although items are packaged with great care, there are always unforeseen circumstances. As the artist/owner, Christina’s Creations is not responsible for how shipping companies handle packages. In the event that your product arrives damaged, do not discard any packaging materials. If an item is broken or damaged in transit, pictures showing damage and condition of box must be provided within 24 hours of documented receipt. Immediately send those to either Christina’s Creations email or contact form via website. If your package is insured, in order to file a claim with the shipping company, they will need to contact you and inspect the product and packaging materials. Each shipping company’s process can take several business days/weeks.
Christina's Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additional shipping options (signature confirmation, adult signature confirmation, hold for pick up, additional insurance) can be added at cost of buyer. Please check with your post office for hold for pick up locations.
New homes or businesses must have a mailbox and receive standard mail in order to receive packages. Providing an invalid address may delay shipping time.
Stained Glass and/or glassware arrives damaged:
First priority is to following conditions in aforementioned Shipping policy. If the shipping company agrees to pay for the damages, it will be no cost to the customer for the repairs; the customer will only be responsible for shipping costs. If you do not want your item repaired, but are requesting a refund, the refund is only given if the damage claim is accepted by the shipping company. In the event the claim is denied, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair and shipping with no refund offered.
Stained Glass or glassware is damaged due to a fall or drop.
While unfortunate, accidents do occur from time to time. In the event that there is an accidental dop of your glass (glassware or stained glass); please send pictures of the damage via email or through contact form. If the damage is minimal, it may be able to be repaired. Repair cost and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Cost can vary. Consideration of the following is used to determine cost: type of glass, color of glass, structure, and the extent of damage. If the damage is too extensive, the piece may be unrepairable, being an unfortunate loss. In this circumstance, Christina’s Creations can offer to recreate your stained glass as a replacement, but it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the full cost of the replacement piece. No refunds are offered for accidental breakage.
